Women’s Federation of India is a national level body comprising more than 45,000 rural women who have come together to address common issues that they will work to resolve collectively:
RNSS is WFI’s state chapter in Rajasthan, and has been established as a forum of collaboration with other state based organizations working on women empowerment.
These include: People’s Economic and Development Organization, (PEDO), Manjari Foundation, Center for Microfinance, Justice for Chhabra (JFC) and Ibtada.
Over 40,000 women have formed 11 SHG Federations and 6 Farmer Producers’ Organizations in poverty pockets of 14 districts of four states – Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Odisha. They lead the charge to achieve self-reliance.
