Namita’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Gobind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar. However, her true calling unfolded when she joined SRIJAN directly after graduation, choosing to work with underprivileged women, Scheduled Tribes, and Scheduled Castes in Rajasthan’s Tonk district. These grassroots experiences shaped her unique perspective on HR and organizational leadership, and her potential led her to lead SRIJAN’s Human Resource cell.
